What you will do

• Own and maintain calibration programs and procedures to support quality and regulatory compliance.
• Identify, document, and track defects, nonconformities, and quality events through resolution.
• Analyze quality metrics and data trends, perform root cause analysis, and drive process improvements.
• Conduct internal audits and support supplier audits to verify adherence to quality requirements.
• Partner with Manufacturing Technology, Production, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
• Investigate customer quality complaints and support corrective and preventive action activities.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
• 2–5 years of Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• High attention to detail and accurate quality documentation practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.

Nice to have

• Lean and Six Sigma certification or active pursuit of certification.
