What you will do

• Implement quality control systems to ensure products meet customer specifications and hirify.global procedures.
• Analyze and improve production processes using quality tools.
• Analyze customer complaints and determine root causes.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions for non-conforming products.
• Maintain quality documentation, including control plans and work instructions.

Requirements

• University degree in a technical field.
• Experience in a similar role is desirable but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of quality standards is an advantage.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
