What you will do

• Implement quality control systems to ensure products meet customer specifications
• Supervise quality control according to hirify.global procedures
• Analyze and improve processes using quality tools
• Investigate customer complaints and define root causes
• Implement corrective and preventive actions for non-conforming products
• Maintain quality documentation including control plans and work instructions

Requirements

• University degree in a technical field
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel is a plus)
• Knowledge of quality standards is an advantage
• Experience in a similar role desirable but not mandatory
