QA/QC Specialist - Group

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. On-site field role supporting engineering delivery on a rail/metro project.

What you will do

• Provide QA/QC support for assigned functional areas of the rail/metro project in line with client and contractual specifications.
• Coordinate with construction staff to plan inspections, testing activities, and daily site surveillance.
• Monitor contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and DB contractor QC inspectors for compliance with project QA/QC plans and procedures.
• Verify procedure adherence through site visits, visual inspections, reporting, NCR feedback, and progress meeting input.
• Ensure ITPs, as-built quality records, material certifications, traceability records, sampling, testing, and storage documentation are properly maintained.
• Stop work when a serious breach of health, safety, or environmental standards is identified.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• At least 8 years of QA/QC experience in infrastructure, civil engineering, rail, or metro projects.
• Knowledge of QA/QC principles, tools, and techniques.
• Quality qualification or membership in a professional quality body is preferred.
• Excellent English verbal, reading, and writing skills.
• Experience with inspections, testing, ITPs, contractor surveillance, and quality records.
