Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 USD

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Use headhunting, networking, and referrals to source premier technical professionals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and create interview scorecards.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to vet technical baselines and cultural alignment.
• Manage the interview pipeline and scheduling using Greenhouse ATS.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and conversion rates to optimize workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruitment experience focusing on technical and engineering roles.
• Proven success in passive talent sourcing and nurturing long-term relationships.
• Proficiency with modern ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and digital sourcing tools.
• Advanced negotiation skills for closing highly sought-after talent in competitive markets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Garden Grove, CA office 4 days a week.

• Experience recruiting for mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering roles.
• Experience scaling technical teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
