Technical Recruiter (EV/Manufacturing)

Location: Garden Grove, California; onsite in the office 4 days a week

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Source technical professionals through headhunting, industry networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Partner with engineering leaders and hiring managers to define requirements, create interview scorecards, and plan searches.
• Conduct preliminary interviews assessing technical background, motivations, and cultural alignment.
• Build structured interview panels, coordinate scheduling, and improve evaluation workflows.
• Manage candidate communication, offer closing, Greenhouse data integrity, and recruitment metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on technical and engineering roles.
• Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates and building long-term talent relationships.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse, and digital sourcing platforms.
• Strong organization and time management across multiple high-priority requisitions.
• Advanced negotiation skills and experience closing sought-after technical talent.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or manufacturing.
• Experience scaling technical teams in a fast-paced, high-growth startup.
• Knowledge of electric vehicle or commercial automotive sectors.
