What you will do

• Build and support joiner, mover, and leaver automations, access requests, device management, deprovisioning, and employee IT workflows.
• Support identity and access capabilities including SSO, MFA, least privilege, directory and group models, provisioning, and device trust.
• Operate zero-touch macOS and Windows device provisioning, application packaging, patch automation, compliance policies, and drift detection.
• Use AI tools, APIs, workflows, and event-driven integrations to improve platform operations with appropriate controls and human review.
• Create self-service experiences, runbooks, documentation, telemetry, dashboards, and evaluations for platform and AI-assisted workflows.
• Participate in Tier 2/3 incidents, perform root cause analysis, and partner with Security, GRC, People, Finance, and IT teams on safe platform changes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT engineering, platform engineering, systems administration, or a similar role.
• Working knowledge of SSO, MFA, least privilege, directory and group management, and standards-based provisioning.
• Experience supporting macOS and/or Windows with modern device management, application packaging, patching, configuration baselines, or compliance reporting.
• Ability to script and integrate systems using APIs, webhooks, workflow orchestration, or similar automation techniques.
• Experience with SaaS administration, collaboration tools, incident and change management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical documentation.
• Ability to use AI-assisted development, troubleshooting, documentation, workflow design, or analysis while evaluating security, privacy, access control, data quality, hallucination risk, logging, and human approval.

Nice to have

• Experience in remote-first, SaaS-first, or zero-trust environments.
• Exposure to collaboration suites, meeting platforms, knowledge tools, room systems, or office networking.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, event-driven integrations, configuration-as-code, version control, or CI/CD.
• Experience building self-service workflows or applying AI tools to support, troubleshooting, documentation, or operational analysis.
• Awareness of security and compliance frameworks for end-user platforms, identity, AI systems, or data governance.
