Specialist, Channel Marketing (Healthcare)

Location: Remote - Minnesota, United States. Travel may include up to 10% domestic and international travel. Relocation assistance may be authorized. Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employment visa sponsorship.

Compensation: $125,600–$172,700, including base pay plus variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Develop and execute channel marketing strategies across eCommerce, eTailers, distribution partners, and full-line medical dealers throughout the Americas.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and channel growth opportunities.
• Build annual channel business plans, growth targets, promotional calendars, and demand-generation initiatives with sales leadership.
• Create joint marketing plans with eTailers and develop sales tools, merchandising assets, training programs, and promotional materials.
• Analyze channel performance, point-of-sale data, market trends, and customer behavior to recommend corrective actions.
• Manage channel marketing budgets, performance metrics, dashboards, and Littmann brand standards across customer touchpoints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7–10 years of channel marketing experience.
• Experience developing channel strategies, partner marketing plans, sales enablement materials, and performance analyses.
• Ability to collaborate with sales leadership, channel partners, regional marketers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without employment visa sponsorship is required.
