Sr Channel Marketing Manager (Medical)

Location: Remote within the United States; position based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead marketing strategy for the pharmacy and infusion therapy segment.
• Develop marketing materials, campaigns, customer tools, and business strategies supporting profitable growth.
• Manage partner marketing programs, professional relationships, associations, and trade events.
• Analyze program effectiveness and report performance metrics using tools such as Power BI.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with sales, finance, and other internal teams.
• Share market expertise and align strategic and tactical initiatives with global stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years of healthcare marketing experience.
• 1+ year of infusion therapy experience.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and resolve complex problems using sound judgment.
• Valid driver’s license and passport.
• Occasional business travel is required.
