Senior Market Development Specialist (MedTech)

Location: Remote from Germany with home office as the primary work location; regular travel throughout Germany and occasional travel to a hirify.global office required.

Salary: €74,400–€111,600 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic market development initiatives for the Robotic Surgical Technologies portfolio across Germany.
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform business strategy.
• Design and implement customer engagement and market activation programs with Sales, Clinical, Medical Education, and Marketing stakeholders.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital decision-makers, and key opinion leaders.
• Lead strategic projects supporting commercial excellence, technology adoption, and long-term growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in market development, strategic marketing, business development, or a comparable commercial role, ideally in medical devices, healthcare, or MedTech.
• Strong strategic, analytical, project management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and organizational levels.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Germany and proof of full measles vaccination required for employment.
