Senior Application Support (OpenShift/Kubernetes)

What you will do

• Provide application and production support for enterprise environments.
• Manage incidents, troubleshoot issues, and support production deployments.
• Work with OpenShift, Kubernetes, RHEL/Linux, JBoss EAP, and Java-based systems.
• Monitor application performance and observability using Dynatrace.
• Support CI/CD processes and infrastructure automation with Ansible and Terraform.
• Participate in on-call rotations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in application or production support.
• Strong experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes, RHEL/Linux, and JBoss EAP/Java.
• Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, and production deployments.
• Knowledge of Dynatrace, observability, and CI/CD tools.
• English at B2 level and Portuguese at C1 level required.
• Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit for Portugal, required.
