Application Support (Java)

What you will do

• Provide application production support in complex and critical environments.
• Manage incidents, problems, and changes according to ITIL frameworks.
• Troubleshoot and optimize the performance of Java-based applications.
• Implement monitoring and observability using modern platforms.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
• Support deployments and maintenance in cloud and containerized environments while ensuring production stability and availability.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Java application servers, especially Red Hat JBoss EAP, including heap dump and thread dump analysis.
• Hands-on experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, and cloud-based environments.
• Knowledge of API Gateway technologies such as Axway or Apigee.
• Solid Linux administration experience with RHEL.
• Experience with monitoring, observability, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and relational databases, including SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Professional proficiency in Portuguese and English is required. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum practices is also expected.
