What you will do

• Maintain the operability of production solutions, including CMDB updates, documentation, vulnerability management, obsolescence tracking, and N2 support.
• Schedule, launch, monitor, and optimize Control-M and Open production processing, responding to abends, dependency issues, resource constraints, and SLA breaches.
• Monitor file transfers through CFT and Connect:Express and manage related incidents through resolution.
• Supervise AWS and GCP infrastructure, including virtual machines, containers, managed services, IAM, backups, costs, and monitoring.
• Support application teams, production deployments, changes, and out-of-hours interventions while improving processing performance.
• Develop operating procedures and operational reports, and act as a technical integrator with Project Managers and ScrumOps teams.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Control-M scheduling, monitoring, chain creation, optimization, and incident management.
• Linux and Windows administration skills, including bash scripting, permissions, process supervision, and log analysis.
• Experience with Tomcat, JBoss, Apache, Jenkins, GitLab, and Ansible.
• Practical AWS or GCP operations experience covering Terraform or Ansible automation, IAM, KMS, monitoring, backups, and cost management.
• Experience with CFT or Connect:Express and Dynatrace for transfer operations, APM monitoring, alerting, and root-cause analysis.
• English at B1 minimum and French at B1/B2 minimum are required; existing EU work authorization is mandatory.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tooling experience.
• AWS, GCP, or ITSM certifications.
