Product Manager - Analyst / Associate (AI)

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, United States; office attendance required Monday–Thursday, with remote work available on Friday.

Salary: $60,000–$85,000 annually, plus equity and an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Support product data, reporting, and marketing content across investment products and distribution channels.
• Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to develop workflow optimization tools and AI-driven capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation, artificial intelligence, and technology-enabled solutions.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to support product strategy, positioning, and business development.
• Develop dashboards, analyses, and reporting solutions for product, investment, and sales teams.
• Support product monitoring, portfolio reporting, regulatory and tax oversight, investor activity tracking, due diligence, RFPs, onboarding, and strategic projects.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of relevant experience in financial services, such as private equity, investment banking, capital markets, transaction advisory, investment consulting, or portfolio analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to solve problems and make logical business recommendations in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor, entrepreneurial attitude, strong ownership, and a growth-oriented mindset.
