Principal Product Manager (AI)

Location: Lowell, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid schedule with three days per week required in the Lowell office

Salary: $163,90–$235,550 annual base pay, plus potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards

What you will do

• Build and expand the Frontline Worker Network, a zero-to-one platform connecting frontline employees with curated partner services.
• Own the worker-facing surface, including service placement, eligibility, consent, onboarding, partner handoff, and measurement.
• Define recommendation logic and standards for what each worker sees and why.
• Determine service categories and prioritization in collaboration with research, data, analytics, customer success, partnerships, legal, and marketing.
• Deliver products through surfaces owned by other teams by creating relationships, shared roadmaps, and cross-functional alignment.
• Set outcome-measurement standards, deliver business results, and mentor product managers without formal people management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of product management experience, including taking a zero-to-one product, category, or business line from concept through launch and revenue.
• Experience owning a platform or shared service layer used by other product teams.
• Demonstrated ability to ship significant products through systems owned by other organizations without formal authority.
• Experience with partner, marketplace, or embedded products where a third party delivers part of the customer experience.
• Excellent written communication and the ability to present complex recommendations to senior executives in a single document.

Nice to have

• Experience with embedded finance, financial wellness, multi-sided networks, or marketplaces.
• Experience in regulated or consent-heavy domains and with deskless, hourly, or mobile-only workers.
• Experience shipping consumer-grade mobile products at scale, carrying revenue targets, or creating operating models for other teams.
• Technical fluency in APIs, system integration, eligibility logic, consent design, personalization, and recommendation systems.
• Experience with unit economics and integrating AI into work processes, decisions, or problem-solving.
