AI Product Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC; hybrid schedule with in-office work Monday through Thursday at the South Charlotte Headquarters and remote work on Fridays

Salary: $127,000–$155,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead product workstreams from concept through delivery, translating initiatives into requirements, deliverables, and KPIs.
• Design, build, deploy, and optimize AI-native products and agentic workflows for partner and customer challenges.
• Use the Growth Operating System, reusable workflows, agents, analytics, experimentation, and product development practices to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Own product performance, define experiments and KPIs, analyze customer interactions, and inform product iterations.
• Communicate data-driven progress, outcomes, tradeoffs, and recommendations to product leaders, stakeholders, and client counterparts.
• Mentor junior teammates across product, technical, and analytical disciplines.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule from the South Charlotte, NC Headquarters Monday through Thursday
• This role does not offer visa sponsorship or transfer of visa sponsorship, including for H-1B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, and TN visas
• Experience participating across the lifecycle of production-grade solutions, from opportunity identification through measurement and optimization.
• Hands-on analytical skills with SQL, Python, or R and experience working with LLM or automation systems.
• Experience delivering measurable business outcomes through AI or machine learning, including metric optimization and ROI measurement.
• Strong business acumen, customer empathy, product judgment, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AgentCore, Claude Cowork, Gemini, or Zapier.
• Experience actively using AI agents to accelerate product and analytical work.
