Product Manager (AI)

Location: On-site in the San Francisco or New York office

Salary: $230,000–$260,000 estimated annual base, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Define product direction and priorities alongside the founders and executive team.
• Own the roadmap and execution for growth engineering pods.
• Take products from initial concept through launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Conduct regular customer conversations and analyze usage data to guide product decisions.
• Improve UX quality across product flows, interactions, and details.
• Establish standards for product quality, decision-making, and delivery.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of product-building experience, ideally in early-stage or high-growth B2B or SaaS companies.
• Experience shipping 0→1 products and working without an established playbook.
• Strong product judgment, UX instincts, analytical skills, and metrics-driven decision-making.
• Technical fluency sufficient to understand specifications, system constraints, and engineering trade-offs.
• Ability to make decisions with imperfect information and execute quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including product vision and specification writing.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI-native products, automation tools, or sales and marketing technology.
• Founder, co-founder, or early employee experience at a startup.
• Experience with sales, marketing, revenue tools, or outbound workflows.
