Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote; full-time salaried employees must currently reside in specified U.S. states or Ontario, Canada.

Salary: $160,000–$210,000 base salary plus potential equity.

What you will do

• Own one of several new product bets, including motorcycle insurance, home insurance, boat and RV products, or property tax services.
• Ramp up quickly in new domains and identify high-leverage opportunities using quantitative data and customer research.
• Build and ship products from early concept or launch through product-market fit and scale.
• Collect customer feedback, apply learnings, and iterate on product direction.
• Drive execution and contribute to the product roadmap across complex consumer and insurance products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, consumer-facing product management, or an equivalent role at a high-growth startup.
• Consumer product instincts based on direct product-building experience or close collaboration with consumer product teams.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to run independent analysis using messy data.
• Curiosity, ownership, empathy, diligence, and a first-principles approach to problem-solving.
• Must currently reside in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada.
