Product Manager, Employee Technology

Location: Approved jurisdictions in the United States; Washington, DC listed as the location. Flexible remote or hybrid working arrangements are available.

Salary: $95,000–$145,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Support the roadmap for assigned employee productivity and collaboration platforms, including Atlassian, Wrike, Lucid Suite, Camtasia, Zoom, and Slido.
• Translate stakeholder needs into product requirements, recommend solutions, and support adoption, usability, and continuous improvement.
• Manage stakeholder demand intake and collaborate with Procurement, Information Security, Cloud Operations, People & Culture, and business stakeholders.
• Support vendor activities through usage and entitlement analysis, renewal materials, demonstrations, enablement sessions, and migration support.
• Maintain and prioritize the platform backlog and coordinate requirements, configuration, and delivery with engineering, analysis, and support resources.
• Track adoption, usage, satisfaction, and performance metrics and use data to inform roadmap recommendations and escalate security, compliance, or vendor risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data science, computer science, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Professional experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related analytical role.
• Foundational knowledge of statistics, data wrangling, and visualization using Excel, SQL, and Python.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data preparation and reporting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow established methods, identify ambiguous issues, and escalate when appropriate.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and Cursor.
