IT Project Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Detroit, Michigan, or remote within EST/CST working hours

What you will do

• Plan, manage, and oversee the lifecycle of medium and large, complex healthcare IT projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, roles, responsibilities, detailed tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate executive sponsors, business owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
• Apply project management methodologies, including change leadership, process improvement, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Develop and manage project budgets, including forecasting, reconciliation, authorization, resource planning, and reporting.
• Prepare project status updates, statistical reports, written summaries, and presentations for management and leadership.

Requirements

• Experience managing complex IT projects spanning multiple operating units or organizational groups.
• Experience developing and monitoring project plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ability to manage risks, resolve problems, and provide practical guidance to project teams and junior project managers.
• Ability to work remotely while aligning with EST/CST working hours, or work from Detroit, Michigan.
