Director, Project Management (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Establish and manage centralized project intake across CareLinx, Health Data Solutions, Population Health, Life Sciences, and Corporate divisions.
• Lead cross-divisional enterprise projects from initiation through closure, maintaining alignment with strategic objectives.
• Design executive reporting for project portfolios, resource allocation, risks, outcomes, and KPIs.
• Develop project management standards, methodologies, documentation, and best practices across the organization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project interdependencies, budgets, schedules, and risk registers.
• Lead change management, capture lessons learned, and mentor project managers and project team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive project management experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional, enterprise-level projects and multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and lifecycle management.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, stakeholder management, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Advanced knowledge of project management tools and software, MS Office Suite, Visio, and executive reporting tools.

Nice to have

• MBA or master’s degree.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master, or another recognized project management certification.
• Experience in healthcare, technology, home care, population health, or life sciences.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
