What you will do

• Lead strategic projects from concept through execution across the organization.
• Develop project plans, processes, and documentation from the ground up.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Clinical Operations, Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Learning & Development, and Compliance.
• Drive accountability, manage timelines, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and solve problems independently.
• Balance day-to-day execution with strategic, organization-wide thinking.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project management or project coordination.
• Experience managing multiple projects from planning through execution.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work.
• Proactive, strategic, and detail-oriented approach with the ability to work in ambiguity.
• Must be based in the US for this remote role.
