Sr. Director, Enterprise Business Partner, Manufacturing & Quality (MedTech)

Location: Hybrid, with on-site work required at the hirify.global office in Acton, Massachusetts, United States; travel estimated at 10–15%.

Annual base salary: $196,100–$294,200, with potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technology advisor to senior leaders across Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Translate operational priorities into multi-year technology roadmaps, investment plans, and business cases.
• Own technology demand intake, prioritization, portfolio alignment, and value realization.
• Partner with architecture, engineering, and delivery teams to align solutions with operational and regulatory requirements.
• Champion MES, QMS, shop floor automation, supply chain platforms, smart factory, and digital quality initiatives.
• Frame options and trade-offs for executive decisions and represent Manufacturing and Quality needs in governance forums.

Requirements

• Strategic business partnership, relationship management, executive communication, and stakeholder influence experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality technology ecosystems, including MES, QMS, ERP, and supply chain platforms.
• Ability to translate operational complexity into clear technology priorities and manage financial and portfolio trade-offs.
• Bachelor’s degree with 18+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 12+ years; equivalent combinations may be considered.
• Enterprise-scale experience partnering with senior business leaders in complex, regulated environments.
• Ability to work on-site as part of the hybrid arrangement in Acton, Massachusetts.

Nice to have

• Experience in FDA-regulated or GMP manufacturing environments.
• Experience in medtech, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device organizations.
• Familiarity with smart factory, Industry 4.0, or digital quality transformation initiatives.
• ITIL, PMP, or enterprise architecture certification.
