Salary: $208,000–$286,000 per year, plus equity and bonus opportunities

is a growing SaaS company providing an AI-powered GRC Intelligence Platform for enterprise audit, risk, ESG, and information security management.
What you will do
- Own and evolve the Salesforce, Finance Systems, and CPQ technology stack.
- Build the enterprise data platform, establish governance standards, and reduce technical debt.
- Drive integrations across enterprise systems using Workato and related platforms.
- Lay the architectural foundation for AI initiatives in partnership with IT and Security.
- Lead HRIS strategy and people-data infrastructure for a growing global workforce.
- Manage vendors, build/buy/partner decisions, and a team spanning Salesforce, Finance Systems, CPQ, HRIS, and Enterprise Data.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading enterprise technology functions with ownership of systems, data, or platform teams.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, CPQ platforms, and HRIS systems.
- Experience building and governing enterprise data infrastructure at scale, including data quality, access, and objectivity.
- Experience with AI and automation tooling; Workato or similar integration platforms are relevant.
- Ability to lead through ambiguity, manage organizational transitions, and balance competing priorities.
- Strong cross-functional partnership skills with Finance, HR, Sales, and Operations.
