Senior Recruiter (Manufacturing)

Location: 100% remote for non-local candidates in the United States; flexible work with the Eastern Time zone (EST); proximity to Devens, MA is strongly preferred for occasional in-person collaboration.

Annual base salary: $93,200–$128,200, plus equity.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruiting strategy for a high-priority advanced technology program.
• Hire across advanced engineering, manufacturing, operations, and leadership functions.
• Source and engage passive technical candidates using advanced LinkedIn Recruiter techniques and competitive talent mapping.
• Partner with executive leaders on headcount planning, market analysis, and interview calibration.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Finance to develop competitive offers and navigate talent markets.
• Manage changing priorities and requisition demands in a rapid-growth launch environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Proven experience hiring for senior-level manufacturing, hardware, or highly technical roles.
• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and passive candidate sourcing, pitching, and closing.
• Ability to manage a dynamic requisition load and adapt recruiting strategies quickly.
• Fast learning, critical thinking, and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexibly with the Eastern Time zone; candidates near Devens, MA should be able to occasionally collaborate in person.
