Recruiter (Automotive Manufacturing)

Location: Columbia, South Carolina, United States; 4 days per week in the office with regular in-person meetings and events. Travel is required from time to time for career fairs, hiring events, and company engagements.

Salary: $90,000–$112,500 annual base salary, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for professional roles, from intake through offer.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders to define hiring needs, candidate profiles, priorities, and timelines.
• Build and manage applicant pipelines through targeted sourcing and talent-attraction strategies.
• Provide labor-market insights, talent availability data, and competitive intelligence to support hiring decisions.
• Track pipeline health, time-to-fill, candidate experience indicators, and monthly hiring targets in a KPI-driven environment.
• Represent hirify.global at career fairs, hiring events, and community or industry engagements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment.
• Experience recruiting for engineering, technical, corporate, or niche manufacturing roles.
• Ability to manage and improve recruiting processes within a Talent Acquisition model.
• Strong communication, stakeholder-alignment, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using an ATS and sourcing tools to manage pipelines, document activity, and maintain compliance and data integrity.
• Ability to work in the Columbia, South Carolina office 4 days per week and travel for company events when required.
