Technical Recruiter

Location: United States; remote

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 annually, plus eligibility for the company performance bonus.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering, Product, Marketing, and selected Customer Success positions.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and source and engage passive candidates for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, create interview plans, and support hiring decisions.
• Develop subject-matter expertise in technical roles, skill sets, career levels, and hiring trends.
• Improve candidate experience, employer branding, recruiting data, and applicant-tracking workflows.
• Evaluate recruiting tools, including AI-powered solutions, and improve structured and inclusive interviewing practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on technical hiring.
• Experience recruiting for Engineering, Product, and/or Product Design roles in a SaaS or fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong sourcing, passive-candidate engagement, talent-pipeline development, communication, offer, and negotiation skills.
• Experience partnering with technical hiring managers and guiding interview and selection processes.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system and recruiting data.
• Strong organization, collaboration, prioritization, continuous-learning, and technical recruiting skills.
