Corporate Technical Recruiter (Engineering & AEC)

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 per year

What you will do

• Source and engage engineering, design, project management, and specialized technical talent.
• Build proactive pipelines aligned with priority disciplines, skills, geographies, and business needs.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, industry networks, associations, market research, and creative sourcing methods.
• Screen candidates for technical alignment, motivations, compensation expectations, and overall fit.
• Manage candidate relationships through interviews, offers, and acceptance while partnering with recruiting and talent acquisition leads.
• Track sourcing activity, pipeline health, response rates, conversion, and candidate documentation in the ATS.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting in engineering, AEC, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, or another technical industry.
• Demonstrated success sourcing passive and hard-to-find technical talent.
• Strong skills in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, industry networks, and market mapping.
• Ability to understand technical roles, create effective search strategies, assess candidates, and close offers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and use recruiting data to adjust strategy.
