Engineering Recruiter

Location: San Francisco, United States; hybrid

Salary: $130,000–$190,000 per year, plus eligibility for hirify.global's equity plan

What you will do

• Build the teams supporting hirify.global’s Data Center product line across hardware, firmware, software, and QA engineering.
• Map talent markets, attract and evaluate candidates, and close exceptional engineering hires.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and make hiring decisions with high conviction.
• Design search collateral and implement rigorous, reliable recruiting practices.
• Build a scalable recruiting engine targeting improved hiring quality, retention, velocity, and offer acceptance.
• Develop strong relationships with highly accomplished technical candidates.

Requirements

• Track record of identifying and closing top-tier engineering talent.
• Expertise evaluating technical depth across hardware, software, and firmware disciplines.
• Experience building lean, high-performing engineering teams at ambitious, fast-growing technology companies.
• Experience creating recruiting processes that scale with fast-growing, early-stage functions.
• Ability to bring clarity and confidence to hiring processes and hiring-partner decisions.

Nice to have

• Previous recruiting experience for hardware and firmware roles is not required.
