What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementations for enterprise hospitality clients, including Business Intelligence dashboards and new product onboardings.
• Manage portfolios of projects across enterprise accounts, coordinating planning, resources, timelines, risks, and delivery.
• Establish program governance and align expectations across hotel properties, global chains, and C-level stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project documentation covering timelines, activities, and potential risks.
• Bridge client requirements with internal Product and Engineering teams and manage delivery schedules.
• Lead regular status calls and provide customer feedback to support satisfaction, retention, and account growth.

Requirements

• Experience in program or project management for enterprise or global accounts.
• Strong hospitality knowledge, including hotel management structures, chain operations, and the OTA environment.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects from planning and resource allocation through risk management and execution.
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills, including experience engaging with C-level executives.
• Ability to understand data solutions and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive, autonomous, adaptable, and collaborative across different time zones, with the ability to influence internal teams.

Nice to have

• SaaS industry experience, particularly with product rollouts or integrations.
• Revenue Management experience in the hospitality sector.
