Customer Project and Program Manager

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, United States of America

Salary: $93,400–$143,800 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Manage delivery of very large and complex customer projects across one or multiple regions.
• Manage project financials, including P&L, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Handle complex legal and commercial issues related to project delivery.
• Develop new business opportunities and support qualification of large, complex engagements.
• Manage client relationships and represent the organization to external customers.
• Mentor project team members and provide performance and development recommendations.

Requirements

• First-level university degree.
• 7 years of experience in project management or comparable roles.
• In-depth understanding of operational policies, processes, and methodologies applicable to project management.
• Ability to communicate with authority across organizational levels on project management methods.
• Experience working with complex projects, commercial issues, financials, and client relationships.
