3rd Shift Quality Technician - Inspector (PCB Electronics)

Location: On-site in St Paul, Minnesota, five days per week

Compensation: $24.68 per hour

What you will do

• Inspect, rework, and assemble printed circuit boards using mechanical and electronic equipment.
• Perform post-assembly work, serialization, special component insertion, and verification of thru-hole and SMT circuitry.
• Perform lead and lead-free soldering, including solder and component removal.
• Identify parts and polarity on printed circuit boards and release conforming products.
• Read manufacturing documentation, execute standard work, and meet production and quality deadlines.
• Support the Quality Management System, customer requirements, safety procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two to three years of quality experience; one to two years of manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of soldering tools, solder removal, and component removal.
• Current J Standard certification or equivalent and current IPC 610 certification.
• Rework experience and basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions, work independently and in a team, and comply with safety and workplace procedures.
