Quality Technician (Fri-Sun 5:30PM -6AM)

What you will do

• Perform in-process and final inspections using standard and specialty gauging equipment.
• Conduct and document Level II Visual Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, and Penetrant Testing.
• Review, approve, scan, upload, and maintain manufacturing and quality records in OIL and SAP.
• Create, verify, process, and close quality notifications while documenting nonconformances.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and manufacturing instructions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams on quality issues, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of experience in quality inspection, manufacturing quality assurance, or a related industrial environment.
• Level II certification, or the ability to obtain and maintain certification, in VT, MT, and PT; MT and PT classroom training certificates and required training hours must be completed before applying.
• Proficiency with precision measuring and inspection equipment and the ability to read technical drawings and manufacturing documentation.
• Experience with SAP or quality management systems, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
