Final Quality Control Inspector I - 2nd Shift (Medical Devices)

Location: On-site in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, within reasonable commuting distance. Relocation is not offered.

Salary: $20.00–$22.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Perform in-process and final inspections of medical device products against specifications, inspection procedures, and engineering drawings.
• Conduct visual inspections and testing of production components and assemblies.
• Verify the calibration status of critical equipment and instrumentation.
• Record quality testing information in Device History Records and populate inspection metrics.
• Initiate Discrepant Material Reports for nonconforming materials and prepare retain samples.
• Maintain clean, orderly work areas while following GMP and safety procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in a related position, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient English communication skills, including speaking, reading, and writing.
• Proficiency with basic dimensional measuring tools and computer applications.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and read specifications, procedures, engineering drawings, and basic blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and effective communication in a team environment.
