Treasury Management Region Sales Specialist Manager

What you will do

• Manage Treasury Management Sales Specialists and Team Leaders within a regional market.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies with Treasury Management Sales Leadership.
• Coach and develop sales capabilities, business acumen, and cash flow analysis skills.
• Optimize the Treasury Management Sales coverage model to improve capacity, efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.
• Partner with Market Presidents, senior executives, Treasury Management Advisors, Relationship Managers, and product, service, and onboarding stakeholders.
• Support portfolio growth, relationship deepening, and the implementation and training of new tools and processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of banking experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience achieving or exceeding sales and service goals.
• Experience managing complex customer relationships.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to develop team sales and cash flow analysis skills.

Nice to have

• CTP or another relevant professional designation.
