What you will do

• Support Treasury Management Sales Specialists with the sale, setup, implementation, and ongoing delivery of treasury products and cash management services.
• Communicate with clients and prospects to collect documentation, answer inquiries, and coordinate with client support when needed.
• Conduct product demonstrations and relationship review calls with Relationship Managers when requested.
• Prepare marketing packages, proposals, pro formas, presentations, treasury relationship reviews, and account schematics.
• Monitor exception pricing deadlines and complete pricing models and approval forms.
• Identify and escalate sensitive customer situations while coordinating processes with internal Treasury Management and banking teams.

Requirements

• College degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to work under stress, meet deadlines, interpret documents, and travel when required.
• Ability to operate related equipment and lift or carry approximately 10 pounds when required, subject to reasonable accommodation.

Nice to have

• Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Previous cash management experience.
• Experience working in a financial institution.
