Procurement Manager

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, United States, with office attendance three days per week.

Salary: $119,050–$150,000 per year in California.

What you will do

• Prepare and issue RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs with business stakeholders.
• Analyze supplier quotes, total cost of ownership, spend by vendor and category, and regional trends.
• Support global sourcing strategies across direct and indirect procurement categories.
• Build and maintain dashboards and KPI reports using Tableau and Excel.
• Manage supplier engagement, competitive bidding, contract negotiations, and supplier compliance with legal partners.
• Gather requirements across departments and align procurement initiatives with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or procurement analytics across multiple categories.
• Procurement process and sourcing methodology knowledge.
• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience working with large datasets and extracting actionable insights.
• No immigration sponsorship or transfer is available for this role.

Nice to have

• Experience with procurement ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Proactive, detail-oriented approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
