What you will do

• Research and verify insurance information by communicating with agents and lenders.
• Respond to customer service emails with clear and thorough resolutions.
• Enter verified insurance information accurately into internal systems.
• Review and maintain insurance files through the internal review system.
• Match documentation to appropriate client records and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Support departmental projects and other assignments directed by the Supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of customer service-related experience.
• Ability to review and accurately interpret detailed insurance documents and data.
• Ability to communicate effectively with external contacts and internal teams.
• Must be located in Minnesota while working remotely.
