What you will do
- Build and maintain renewal reporting for high-volume segments to provide reliable forecasting visibility.
- Serve as the operational owner of renewal data, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights across systems.
- Design and optimize renewal pacing models and establish leading indicators for leadership.
- Configure and optimize CRM and partner portal tools to support automated renewal processes.
- Define best-practice workflows and lead remediation efforts where operational gaps exist.
- Drive alignment across RevOps, Customer Ops, and IT to ensure consistent renewal operations.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Renewal Operations within a global tech or SaaS company.
- Proven track record of building renewal operations for high-volume segments.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas).
- Experience with Salesforce and BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Demonstrated ability to define and implement processes in unstructured environments.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience with channel and partner-led renewal motions and partner management tools.
- Familiarity with Gainsight or similar CSP platforms.
