What you will do

  • Build and maintain renewal reporting for high-volume segments to provide reliable forecasting visibility.
  • Serve as the operational owner of renewal data, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights across systems.
  • Design and optimize renewal pacing models and establish leading indicators for leadership.
  • Configure and optimize CRM and partner portal tools to support automated renewal processes.
  • Define best-practice workflows and lead remediation efforts where operational gaps exist.
  • Drive alignment across RevOps, Customer Ops, and IT to ensure consistent renewal operations.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Renewal Operations within a global tech or SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of building renewal operations for high-volume segments.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas).
  • Experience with Salesforce and BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and implement processes in unstructured environments.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with channel and partner-led renewal motions and partner management tools.
  • Familiarity with Gainsight or similar CSP platforms.
