Product Manager - Ecommerce & Web Applications

Location: Remote from anywhere in Canada

Salary: $120,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and execute e-commerce and web product strategy aligned with digital revenue and business objectives.
• Build and maintain roadmaps focused on conversion, performance, scalability, and customer experience.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
• Partner with engineering and UX/UI teams to deliver secure, reliable, high-availability platforms and improve customer journeys, navigation, and checkout.
• Track and optimize conversion, cart abandonment, average order value, engagement, and digital revenue KPIs.
• Oversee integrations with payment gateways, CRM systems, marketing platforms, third-party technologies, and external vendors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience focused on e-commerce, web applications, or digital platforms.
• Experience delivering scalable web platforms or enterprise e-commerce solutions and managing backlogs, sprint cycles, prioritization, and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience with product strategy, commerce roadmaps, go-to-market initiatives, analytics, customer insights, conversion data, and revenue metrics.
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and business teams.
• Professional fluency in both English and Spanish is required. A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience, is expected.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with SEO, conversion rate optimization, digital marketing integrations, payment processors, and CRM platforms.
• Exposure to omnichannel commerce or regulated and high-transaction industries.
