Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote candidates within Canada considered, with occasional travel to Toronto; hybrid model with in-office collaboration days

Salary: CA$150K–CA$170K annually, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Own the self-serve acquisition and activation experience from first touch through the customer’s first meaningful value.
• Build and run a high-volume experimentation program across the acquisition and activation journey.
• Develop new acquisition channels and customer segments from initial ideas into repeatable motions.
• Collaborate daily with dedicated engineering and design partners to keep high-value work moving.
• Prioritize and defend backlog decisions while balancing customer value, business impact, and team capacity.
• Use AI to prototype, ship, learn faster, and share findings across the company.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, including meaningful work on growth, self-serve, or product-led product surfaces.
• Hands-on experience running experiments on live products and evaluating their impact.
• Fluency in multiple experimentation methods and sound judgment about which method fits each question.
• Strong prioritization, product craft, and attention to both happy paths and edge cases.
• Clear, concise communication with engineers, cross-functional partners, and senior leaders.
• Practical daily use of AI for building, prototyping, and learning.

Nice to have

• Experience taking new acquisition channels or segments from 0 to 1.
• Experience with self-serve, growth, or product-led experiences.
