Product Operations Manager (Fintech)

Location: Toronto, Canada; hybrid work model with in-office days

Salary: CA$150,000–CA$170,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Size roadmap opportunities and build business cases that guide investment decisions.
• Own product reporting and dashboards, measuring shipped work and communicating results to product and go-to-market teams.
• Turn customer and field feedback into actionable prioritization signals.
• Lead analysis for major forward-looking investments and present recommendations to leadership.
• Build AI-assisted workflows that accelerate research, synthesis, and reporting.
• Partner with data engineering and write SQL to retrieve and analyze product data.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in product operations, strategy and operations, growth operations, consulting, or a similar analytical and cross-functional role in a high-growth environment.
• Strong SQL and spreadsheet modeling skills, with the ability to independently analyze ambiguous business questions.
• Experience building business cases that influenced organizational investment decisions.
• Experience creating reporting, dashboards, or operating systems that improved decision-making.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including leadership-facing memos and presentations.
• Practical AI fluency with examples of automating workflows and measuring the resulting improvements.
