Product Operations Manager (Fintech)

Location: Toronto, Canada. Hybrid work model with in-office days for connection and collaboration.

Salary: CA$140K–CA$150K plus equity.

What you will do

• Build business cases and size opportunities for roadmap initiatives and forward-looking investment decisions.
• Own product reporting and dashboards, measuring shipped work and communicating results to product and go-to-market teams.
• Turn customer and field feedback into actionable prioritization signals.
• Build AI-assisted workflows that accelerate research, synthesis, and reporting.
• Partner with data engineering, write SQL, and independently analyse business questions.
• Surface risks and trade-offs early, with options and recommendations for leadership.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in product operations, strategy and operations, growth operations, consulting, or a similarly analytical and cross-functional role in a high-growth environment.
• Strong SQL and spreadsheet modelling skills, with the ability to work independently through ambiguous business questions and reach recommendations.
• Experience building a business case that changed an organisation’s investment decision.
• Experience building reporting, dashboards, or operating systems that improved team decision-making.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including leadership-facing memos and presentations.
• Practical AI fluency, with concrete examples of automating workflows and measurable improvement.
• Ability to work across product, data, go-to-market, and leadership stakeholders while managing multiple priorities.
• Comfort pulling, querying, and modelling data directly; making recommendations and standing behind them; and independently deciding what matters most.
