Project Manager (NetSuite ERP)

Location: Remote from Panama

What you will do

• Lead project planning, work breakdown structure creation, and change management control.
• Manage scope, estimates, timelines, project plans, status reports, and milestone delivery across the project lifecycle.
• Lead multiple projects or manage an entire program.
• Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, product owners, and subject matter experts.
• Capture lessons from project retrospectives and apply them to future implementations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience delivering full-cycle ERP implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP implementations.
• Experience leading consultants through the complete implementation lifecycle.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, problem-solving, and deadline-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with the SuiteSuccess methodology.
• PMP certification.
