Group Product Manager (AI Video)

Location: In-person at the NYC HQ in Union Square, New York City

Compensation: $200K–$325K plus equity

What you will do

• Define product direction and major bets for AI-native video creation, editing, and communication.
• Translate evolving research and engineering capabilities into reliable, intuitive products and workflows.
• Build coherent creative systems spanning intent, generation, editing, iteration, and publishing.
• Evaluate generated media across quality, controllability, consistency, latency, cost, and creative usefulness.
• Own products from ambiguous problem definition through prototyping, launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Manage, mentor, and develop Product Managers while raising the standard for product judgment and execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, or 8+ years in roles involving exceptional product judgment.
• Direct experience managing and mentoring Product Managers.
• Deep fluency in generative media, including current video, image, audio, and multimodal products.
• Hands-on experience prototyping or shipping with modern AI models and tools, including understanding their capabilities and failure modes.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to work effectively with Product, Engineering, Research, Design, GTM, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong technical and product communication skills, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to turn loosely defined problems into clear priorities.
