Product Manager (AI)

Location: On-site in the New York City or San Francisco office, United States

Salary: $200,000–$300,000 base salary per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Define the vision and roadmap for an AI-native content management system.
• Own content creation, staging, review, approval, and publication workflows.
• Conduct daily customer discovery, gather feedback, and validate product decisions.
• Partner with engineering and design to build and ship AI-native content tooling.
• Lead product discovery, execution, and delivery from end to end.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience building software products, ideally in a startup or fast-moving company.
• Deep understanding of content creation, review, approval, and publishing workflows at scale.
• Strong product fundamentals and experience taking new product surfaces from zero to one.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity, create clarity, and drive execution.
• Willingness to write specifications, participate in customer calls, and investigate production workflow issues.
• Ability to work on-site in the New York City or San Francisco office.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic or AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience as a founder or building zero-to-one products.
