AI Product Manager

Location: On-site in San Francisco, United States. Relocation assistance to San Francisco and visa and green card support are available where applicable.

Salary: $130K–$180K per year, with final compensation based on experience, expertise, and overall fit.

What you will do

• Own key platform areas from discovery and product specification through launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Engage with customers and legal teams to understand contract review workflows and prioritize meaningful problems.
• Collaborate daily with engineering and design to scope and ship high-impact product solutions.
• Track frontier LLM capabilities and translate changes in AI capabilities into product decisions and roadmap priorities.
• Partner with sales and customer success to use feedback, usage patterns, and lost deals to guide the roadmap.
• Define success metrics and evaluate the impact of shipped products.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Experience owning products from concept through launch.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering teams and the ability to earn engineers’ trust.
• Strong customer empathy and the ability to understand complex workflows.
• Good judgment in prioritization, tradeoffs, and applying the 80/20 rule.
• Comfort working in ambiguity and in a fast-paced startup environment.
