Product Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA; onsite five days a week at the Financial District office

hirify.global is building an AI-powered assistant that connects to users’ tools to triage inboxes, draft messages, manage schedules, and run workflows.

What you will do

• Turn rapidly evolving AI model and agent capabilities into shipped product through prototyping, specification, and fast execution.
• Improve the core workflows customers rely on most and translate technically sophisticated systems into intuitive experiences.
• Build high-impact product bets from zero to launch.
• Research customers and the market to define the roadmap for team collaboration.
• Use product data and user behavior insights to improve activation and inform roadmap priorities.
• Partner with engineering, growth, business operations, customers, and the existing product team.

Requirements

• Operate at a senior level with the ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.
• Bring a low-ego, generalist mindset and willingness to handle operational product work.
• Be AI-fluent and actively use AI to improve product management effectiveness.
• Demonstrate customer empathy, strong active listening, and comfort interfacing with customers.
• Think from first principles in undefined, fast-moving situations and apply strong product judgment.
• Be available to work in person in San Francisco five days a week.
