AI Product Manager

Salary: $130,000–$230,000 per year, plus equity and bonus

hirify.global is building an AI layer for professional services and software implementation, automating documentation, discovery, and decision-making for enterprise services work.

What you will do

• Engage with customers to identify workflow pain points, unmet needs, and product opportunities.
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap with engineering and leadership.
• Work with deployment strategists to turn field insights into product improvements.
• Instrument product usage and analyze data to guide decisions and measure outcomes.
• Partner with go-to-market teams on positioning, demos, and launch readiness.
• Identify opportunities to expand the platform across artifact types, use cases, and customer segments.

Requirements

• 2–8+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B or enterprise software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including writing product specifications and presenting to C-suite executives.
• Comfort with technical concepts and engineering discussions without needing to write code.
• Experience using data to drive product decisions.
• Intellectual curiosity, customer focus, adaptability, comfort with ambiguity, and bias for action.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, NetSuite, Workday, or enterprise implementation workflows.
• Background in consulting, professional services, or solutions engineering.
• Experience at an early-stage startup.
• Exposure to AI/ML products and their enterprise deployment.
