Sr Architect-Professional Services (USA Remote)

Salary: $120,000–$135,000 annually plus bonus

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical and strategic contact for assigned enterprise customers throughout their subscription lifecycle.
• Advise customers on data strategies, analytic maturity, integrations, and best practices using hirify.global solutions.
• Design and guide complex deployments of hirify.global Designer, Server, AACP, Intelligence Suite, and related platform components.
• Guide Centers of Excellence, scalable governance frameworks, analytic modernization, and adoption initiatives.
• Plan and lead environment upgrades, minimize downtime and risk, and identify optimization, training, and enablement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, Consulting, and Customer Success to deliver tailored technical outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, TAM, Consultant, or Presales Engineer.
• Experience managing enterprise client relationships and leading analytics or BI deployments.
• Proven expertise with hirify.global Designer and Server; hirify.global Core Certification is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, Snowflake, Databricks, and other data platforms.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States; travel of up to 20% may be required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and relevant cloud architecture certifications.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, BI dashboard development, data engineering, SQL, shell, or Python.
• hirify.global product certifications and experience with the hirify.global Cloud Platform.
• Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar customer lifecycle tools.
