Sr Healthcare Data Architect (EHR Experience Required)

Location: Remote within the US, with 1–20% travel within the US

What you will do

• Transform customer healthcare source-system data into the hirify.global Ingest Data Spec for ingestion into Databricks.
• Create and validate source-to-target data mappings, document data flows, and obtain customer sign-off.
• Act as the subject matter expert for source systems, healthcare workflows, and organizational data structures.
• Collaborate with customer IT and business stakeholders, data modeling, acquisition, development, product management, and member operations teams.
• Investigate complex source-system data issues and recommend solutions for data integrity problems.
• Perform quality assurance on custom transformation logic and improve adapter development, validation, and delivery methods.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of applicable experience.
• EMR source system certification and EPIC certification required.
• Experience with healthcare data domains such as billing, claims, revenue cycle, EHR, clinical quality, population health, laboratory, pharmacy, radiology, operating room, emergency department, registration, scheduling, or authorization data.
• Preferred experience includes 10+ years of EMR source-system data architecture experience.
• Proficiency with SQL queries and source-to-target data mapping.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of healthcare analytics trends and the ability to learn new technical skills and source systems quickly.
