Solution Architect Senior Director (Databricks)

Location: Remote/homebased in the United States; primary location is Conway, Arkansas

What you will do

• Advise clients on enterprise solution strategy and align technical designs with business objectives.
• Lead architecture for complex, enterprise-scale engagements across multiple clients or industries.
• Drive technical pre-sales, including discovery, solution framing, proposals, scoping, estimation, and cost modeling.
• Oversee the transition from pre-sales through implementation, adoption, and value realization.
• Develop architecture best practices and reusable frameworks while identifying process improvements.
• Partner with product, engineering, and delivery teams and mentor less experienced architects.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in technical pre-sales and solution implementation.
• 15+ years in client-facing roles with executive-level engagement.
• 5+ years of experience in data-driven marketing environments.
• Deep expertise in enterprise solution architecture and complex systems design.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or similar cloud data platforms, plus AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with cloud migration, clean room technologies, Customer Data Platforms, real-time data processing, and AI/ML-enabled analytics.
