What you will do

• Manage admitting, registration, financial services, patient access, and pre-access operations across acute care locations.
• Oversee staffing needs, schedules, recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance development.
• Monitor and communicate operational performance data, KPIs, monthly reports, and departmental goals.
• Ensure accurate patient registration, medical necessity and compliance checks, insurance information processing, cash handling, deposits, and account posting.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders and ancillary departments to resolve escalated issues and achieve revenue cycle goals.
• Use AI and technology improvements to optimize front-end workflows, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; healthcare management or administration preferred.
• 2–3 years of management experience in the healthcare industry.
• Patient access experience, including managed care or insurance processes, preferred.
• Microsoft experience is required, along with the ability to learn and use multiple computer applications.
• Strong prioritization skills and the ability to balance multiple operational priorities.
• Advanced AI usage and experience managing teams that use AI for process and technology improvements.
